Are We Failing Our Children?
and our children are failing because of it. The American .png)
education system is broken. For all of the talk and pride that we have as a Americans, somehow, we are not providing the structure and content required to educate our kids.
Before I jump into anything here, I want to point out that I believe our local schools, teachers, and administrators are doing the very best they can within the system they have. This is NOT a problem with individuals. Instead this is a systemic problem rooted in our laws and social values.
We have to start thinking about the end game for our children and our nation. Raising highly educated, highly productive, and highly moral, children is the cornerstone of maintaining our great nations strength in the world.

When I gave my first speech, I was terribly nervous. I forgot a whole section. I uh'd and ah'd more than I spoke real words. And, I broke out in hives under my collar. My audience gave me very warm applause though. Another club member critiqued me, and made me feel great about what I said and how I said it. Afterwards everyone congratulated me.

An effective video is very similar to an effective public speech. You need to attract the audience's attention and be persuasive. To do that, the speaker has to follow one basic principle of public speaking: make eye contact.
